CONTENGENCIES
Contingencies will be set forth in the contract, they may consist of:
- Home inspection- professional home inspector will examine property for defects
- Termite inspection- professional pest inspector will inspect for pest
- Well/Septic inspection- qualified company will test operation of well and septic
- Appraisal- licensed appraiser will evaluate property to give valuation opinion
*Any contingencies not mentioned will be identified by accepted contract*
FINAL WALK THRU
The buyer will preview the property to make sure repairs are complete, all items conveying are there and no new damages have been made to property
CONTACT UTILITY COMPANY
Contact utility company to inform them of ownership change
SETTLEMENT
The day that the property actually transfers possession from seller to buyer. All items are to be moved from property and free of any trash or debris broom swept
